Maybank2u is really sucks .. useless customer service..

Maybank2U have the worst customer service in the world and itself using maybank2u is too risky. Last night she received an sms on a notification that she has sucessfully transfered rm3800 which she did do. But the funny thing is that she did not receive any tag number earlier so the question is how can the transaction get thru without the tag nuber? So maybank2u is really sucks
